Description

This commercial celebrates Puerto Rico’s resilience and cultural identity through poetic and visually immersive storytelling. My contribution focused on the integration of CGI and 3D animation elements, designed to represent the island’s flora and fauna as living metaphors of strength and spirit.

I used motion tracking to align digital assets precisely with the live-action footage, ensuring realistic depth and movement. Rotoscoping allowed me to isolate the main character in key shots, enabling clean and seamless compositing of animated elements that interact naturally with the scene.

Through a workflow involving plate cleanup, advanced compositing, and expressive yet subtle VFX, I brought stylized flowers and leaves to life.
